Processing & Delivery

  • Timeline: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Handmade Quality: We take pride in the craftsmanship of our items. Each piece is thoughtfully inspected and packaged with care to reach you safely.

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and carrier rates.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Eli E.Boutique is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to sender, shipping fees are non-refundable. Re-shipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with USPS or UPS.

  • Claims: Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier prior to contacting us.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
