Processing & Delivery
Timeline: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Handmade Quality: We take pride in the craftsmanship of our items. Each piece is thoughtfully inspected and packaged with care to reach you safely.
Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and carrier rates.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Incorrect Addresses: Eli E.Boutique is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to sender, shipping fees are non-refundable. Re-shipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with USPS or UPS.
Claims: Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier prior to contacting us.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout once your order is processed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds on items at this time. This is to ensure the quality of our items and for sanitary purposes. As soon as your order is placed, inventory for custom apparel is ordered and glassware/mugs are made by hand. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions with consideration to the production of the items you have ordered, and accept that all sales are final. This is due to the nature that most items available are handmade and custom to the purchaser.
