Custom Production: Once an order is placed, inventory for custom apparel is immediately secured and hand-production begins.
Handmade Quality: Each item is a one-of-a-kind creation tailored specifically for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items While we do not offer general returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
Please email us at hello@elieboutique.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a store credit.
Order Cancellations Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Once production or inventory sourcing has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
